If you come to SOC TRANG, lost in the middle of the Mekong delta, the tiny tourist office and the locals will tell you this place is the newest in town. For some mystical reasons, I came and stayed in this new hotel 6 nights in a row. This is a large 2 storey building facing noisily on one side... more
