What an amazing place, warm, welcoming staff who can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The accomodation is 5 star, you literally are in the middle of the reserve so can not go outside without your own personal security guard at night. It is fine to walk around during the day. Ngala was definitely one of the highlights of our African adventure. It is a very attractive lodge with a great location adjacent to Kruger. The service was very personalized - they couldn't do enough for us. And the guides and game drives could not have been better. Ngala was truly fabulous. The safaris are always a bit of a gamble, as wild animals don't appear on command, but with Ngala's well-trained guides the odds are definitely in your favor. The accommodations and food are also beyond reproach. I can't recommend Ngala highly enough. more
