Nothing but problems from check in. My party had multible King Bed smoking rooms 'reserved', some of us had to settle for non-smoking with Queen beds, then the last person checking in some how (from the same inventory we couldn't get) got a King bed on the smoking floor. How was it sudeny there after we checked in and complaned.... more

Nothwithstanding the name, Extended Stay American rents rooms by the night. Although I only stayed two nights I did enjoy having a kitchenette. There was a fire alarm at about 1am and the management at the hotel was not competant enough to figure out how to shut it off. It continued for almost two hours.
