room was average. breakfast was average. workout room only had bike and treadmill. Not the best hotel I stayed at, but ok if you are just sleeping there for the night. Front desk staff was friendly. more

Bugs in the bed; flies in the shower; no hot water; missing drawers; uneven floors; missing ceiling tiles; lumpy beds; looks likes a a Russian Gulag; filthy rooms, hallways and elevators; We travel as a family about 6 times a year, all across the country, and this was positively the worst we've ever statyed in. more

We stopped here on our way to Florida for a one night stay and were very disappointed. The room was not clean and smelled moldy. The Binghamton, New York, Quality Inn and Suites is very convenient to I-81 and has restaurants nearby. It was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
