The hotel lobby's nice appearance is very deceiving. The room can get you by when needed but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We hesitated about staying here because of some of the reviews but it was a very pleasant experience. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The staff were most helpful. Breakfast offered lots of choices, and at dinner we walked across the parking lot to the Cracker Barrel. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the Hickory area. more
