This hotel was booked for us as business travel. It's convenient to the expressway, downtown Bismarck, and the Capitol. But when we stayed over on a weekend night, the hotel appeared to be more popular with families. For the business traveler, the Kelly Inn is not a good choice. The walls are thin. I stayed at this hotel for business, and have to say it is an 'ok' hotel. The room was fine ... a bit small for a standard room and no high-speed internet access. But, it has a full service restaurant. Make your own judgement.... next time, I'll stay at the Marriott Courtyard. more
