Stayed in this Hotel 18th-26th June and although the hotel was very clean and the rooms were good we found the Reception staff and Manager very Ignorant and Unhelpful. They speak very limited English but instead choose to raise their voices at you in Bulgarian and stare in groups. I think that a UK tour operator should not be offering... more

Myself and 3 other girls stayed at the Kalofer with 18-30's in august. The hotel was kept lovely and clean and the food was nice, especially the pizza's which were gorgeous and only cost between £1-£2!! The hotel bar was 24hr and the drinks were pretty cheap for hotel prices, the average drink not costing much more than the bars... more

I have recently returned from kalofer hotel and it was great, staff are great fun and the hotel is very clean and reasonable for food and drink so i would recommend it to others more
