This has to of been the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Rooms dark and dingy, reception staff rude with no customer service at all. Food disgusting, mostly catered for germans, even the smell made me heave!!!!!!! only had one meal and ate out for the rest!!!!! We have just returned from Easter holiday at the Kaliakra Palace hotel. We belive that this hotel can not be clasified with more than two stars.
