This is a really nice luxury hotel . Staff are the nicest in any hotel ive ever been . Extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice and large. We didnt get great weather while in sun peaks and there wasnt much going on - a lot of the shops etc had closed for the summer season so at the... more
Stayed here as part of an APT tour of Canada and Alaska. The resort itself is still being finished, but it was interesting to walk around and see how great it will be, especially in the snow season. The hotel itself was lovely and even though it started to rain whilst we were outside it was a nice warm haven... more
It's a very nice hotel right on the slopes in the ski village at Sun Peaks. The pool is great, you enter from inside and swim outside and the pool deck overlooks the ski runs. Food is expensive, but there are plenty of less expensive options steps away in the village. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they sometimes... more
Stayed at the Delta for 7 nights in March while skiing. Booked the Signature Club floor and it is worthwhile with a very nice breakfast selection each morning and nibbles in the afternoon from 4.30-6.30pm. The girls up in the Signature club lounge were cheerful and very helpful. Dee was there all week and helped make the place feel like... more

There were robes for the spa and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. Negative aspects:- On at least 5 days we had to call housekeeping to get the room serviced despite the fact that we had been... more
Very nice hotel, stayed on the executive floor with a view of the slopes. Very comfortable room, only criticism would have been the roll to the centre bed. Free 5th floor breakfast very nice as was the post ski-ing snacks. Would definitely use again more
We were expecting the usual Delta excellence, but got far more! This was the best stay at a Delta hotel we have ever had. We were so impressed with the staff and food at Mantles Restaurant, and the hotel staff were fabulous! We had our dogs with us and they were absolutely fawned over by everyone. They loved it!!
