I got this hotel booked for 5 days when I started my apprenticeship, was a very nice hotel, yet the meals were some what over the top and also very expensive. overall I would say this is a really nice hotel, clean, cosy and freindly staff. more

I stayed here on business and was very pleased with everything about the hotel. The check in staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with LCD TV. I stayed at the Yew Lodge on a hen weekend in April 2008. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, only lacking in a hairdryer. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner beautifully presented. Handy for MI and East Midlands airport, this is a well appointed hotel with friendly efficient staff, excellent if a bit pricey food and brlliant leisure facilities (first sauna I've come across with an ice machine!). Close to flightpath (normally landing) but I experienced no noise nuisance. I would certainly stay again. more
