“Best Bet Locally”

If you're visiting Mt. Vernon or Gambier, this is best place to stay by far. It has almost no competiton. Oh, there's a Comfort Inn here and a Motel 6 there, and a Marriott some 30 to 40 minutes away but this hotel is the best located, with the cleanest and newest rooms and best facilities. . .All of which... more

My family stayed at the Mt Vernon Holiday Inn Express this weekend, Aug. 24, 2007. I was very pleasantly surprised with the decor and amenities...especially the bed and linens.
