Really wonderful B&B. The room we stayed in was cozy and well-appointed. The breakfasts were worth eating even if you're not staying at the inn - every morning was something special. Great location, walking distance to 5th street market. more
The hotel was lovely and in a great location for walks to restaurants, parks and shops. I would definitely recommend the Campbell House as a great place to stay while in Euguene. The only reason I don't give rate it a five is that I felt we were a little misled and mistreated. We booked two of the nicer rooms... more
My partner and I lived in Eugene under less than ideal circumstances several years ago. Fortunately, our fortunes changed and we were able to visit on a vacation this past August. We weren't sure where to stay as our previous experiences had been limited to the Motel 6 variety or the like. This time we figured we'd stay at a... more
I just came back yesterday from a business meeting in Eugene at the Campbell House. I stayed in the Gabriel Glenn Nathan Room #314 in the Carriage House. It was so very warm and comfortable. They warned us about the possible train noise. I did hear it once just as I was getting into bed but I didn't even need... more
While traveling up the coast on our way to Seattle, we were fortunate to stay at the Campbell House. It is a beautiful old historic home tucked away on the hillside above downtown Eugene. We were delighted to stay here - the grounds are beautiful and welcoming. The front desk staff was helpful and gave a detailed and informative welcome... more
The Campbell Inn has a friendly, helpful staff and the lawn, trees are lovely. Is it grand? No. Is it elegant? Hardly. Are the breakfasts exquisite? Again, no. The main floor of the Campbell is a restaurant/bar and shop (souvenirs/postcards, etc.); leaving very little room for guests. I understand a restaurant has more potential to make money than a lobby... more
Spent one night here while in town on business. Location is excellent; walking access to shops/dining. Being a duck alumni I have fond memories of the town & the "blast from the past" was even more poignant, when I realized the exact location of this beautiflul house. Room was beautifully appointed and the bed, oh so very comfortable. I travel... more
We were traveling with family and stayed in the Nicole Suite. This suite is in the Carriage house, separate from the main house. We were very pleasantly surprised by the room. It was recently remodeled and was quite spacious. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a full kitchen, as well as a washer/dryer. One bedroom has bunk beds and... more
What a wonderful place! It would have been even better if we had a reason to stay longer than one night! We were touring Oregon over the Memorial Day Weekend, and Eugene was the designated stop between the Columbia River Gorge and Ashland. We stayed on the second floor of the Main House, in a Celeste room, decorated in light... more
