The motel is very close to Portland by car and there are a few restaurants near, such as Sharis (where they are very friendly). Rooms were clean with free Internet access. Breakfast was also fine. This is a decent, moderately nice hotel. I booked through BCAA and they quoted a price of $60 for 2 queen beds for two adults and 3 kids. But when we got there, they didn't honor the rate and charged us $85. Manager said the internet rate was not updated. If we werent so tired, we would have just walked... more

The service was okay and the continental breakfast was very good. However, the below grade first floor room we had constantly smelled of mildew. The bathroom exhaust fan was non-existent. Instead they had a fan blowing air into the room at the heat lamp. An upper floor room might have been better. more
