It was everyhting we expected. We did have a couple of things that needed fixed. I made a phone call and they were there to fix them the same day. We took a girls' trip to Hershey for several days and loved this resort. Granted, we were there in the dead of winter, so we didn't have quite the same amenities and entertainment as others, but we had a great trip nonetheless. I booked this room for 3 days on AAA.com after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and seeing pictures. Got a great deal from AAA for a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. We had originally hoped to get a deal on this through a friend who has a timeshare, but in the end, we booked directly through bluegreen so we paid full price for the suite. We enjoyed our stay at the Suites and did not have a single complaint. My sister and two cousins were in PA (from TX and AR) for five days to do geneaology research and some sightseeing. This place is great, i am a bluegreen owner, this was our first time to stay at this resort. Everything was A plus. We stayed in building 3 you could sometimes here the traffic late at night on hershey drive, but no big deal. Hershey Suites had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had plenty of tools such as a whisk, spatulas for the aluminum and Teflon pans, casserole and baking pans, electric and manual can openers, blender, and mixer. We just returned from this hotel. My family of 3 and our friends family of 5, we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. Great for families, very clean, and spacious, 3 TV's, jacuzzi tub in one of the rooms, and full kitchen! We only stayed 2 nights but needed 3-4. The kids didn't have time to enjoy the pool... more

We just returned from celebrating my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary at Hershey. There were 12 in our group and we had 2 units at the Suites at Hershey. What a great place for families with kids.
