We had our wedding reception at this hotel. All in all, very nice, however the customer service sucks. We had personalized items that we brought in for our reception, like all couples do. Very Filthy hotel i have ever stayed in.Found hairs in bathroom,furniture dusty,room smeels like smoke. had a 6 month child could not stay checked out at midnight and stayed in other hotel. management did not care called several times could not get any answer,anyway i am not staying here in future. more

This Holiday Inn gives HI a bad name, and I'm not sure I'll ever stay at another one. First, the employees do need some guest management training, as gossip seems to be their primary concern.
