This facility is nasty. This place is run down. There seems to have been some renovations but not everything is up to par including the elevator. Scary! The room we stayed in had hair all over the bathroom floor, dust balls with hair behind the door, next to the tub and under the sink. The back of the commode had... more

Booked this hotel because it was very close to our friends. We arrived with our 2 kids, age 8 and 4, relatively late due to traffic (about 10 pm). There were a LOT of older teenage/early 20's kids smoking and cursing outside and in the lobby, and doing the same riding up and down the one working elevator (of two).... more

We stayed at this Holiday Inn last night. There was a stain on the bed sheet and a huge ball of hair in the corner of the bathroom. The room also had a musty smelling shower curtain. One of the two elevators wasn't working. The one that worked had tape over several of the floor buttons. Nice looking lobby and... more

I also recently had my wedding at the Holiday Inn and I found the staff to be wonderful. I am not sure what the previous person was speaking about. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The woman I worked with was really nice and I never once was stressed out. I guess it all depends on what type of bride... more

The 4.5 million on renovation did not go far enough. The elevators had the buttons held on with electrical tape (you had to press off to the side) and the doors did not always function well (inside door stayed open after outer door closed). The rooms had new furniture and "marble" sink counters and tub surrounds. But they kept the... more

I had my wedding here. Athough the actual day of the wedding was nice, with the exception of the renovation that was still going on and the lack of rooms available for my guests even though they said they were going to be available. The lady who helped me planned my wedding, Dixie was horrible. She was a complete ditz.... more

My husband and I stayed for five days in April, 2008, for a reasonable rate but were quite disappointed with the terrible service and a rather aloof attitude on behalf of some of the staff. As with some other reviewers, we missed the turn off to the hotel even with a GPS; although we could see the hotel high upon... more

We stayed for one night at this hotel. We had two rooms for a party of four. The hotel has been remodeled. From previous reviews we had heard the hotel entrance is easily missed, signage is very poor. This is very true, extremely small sign points out the road up a steep hill. The elevator buttons are broken, some even... more

Check in was fine and the lobby was ok. But, the room was a big disappointment. We booked a non-smoking jacuzzi room. As soon as we opened the door we could smell the stale smoke. It was far worse inside the room...the smell infiltrated everything in the room. We found a small sign in the room that said the room... more

The renovations are mostly complete at the Holiday Inn North Hills, but they aren't much more than a coat of paint, some new linens and furniture. The bed was too firm for my liking. The air conditioner was very loud and old...hard to get adjusted right. It seems like a very old hotel with a new facelift...and not a good... more
