Staff rude and uninformed. Business center was a joke, I couldn't overnight a package from a convention center hotel?? Airconditioner was the loudest ever, the toilet ran for 2 days and I asked for it to be fixed 3 times. They charged a "safe warranty" fee of $1 per night plus tax which was bogus. Truly the worst hotel I... more

Stayed here for one night to attend a football game at S. Carolina. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. I'd stay here again. more

This place is almost perfect, except the restaurant service. Recently renovated the lobby and rooms are immaculate. The staff were very helpful in getting us where we needed to be, and went way-way above the call of duty in making our stay better than we could have ever expected. They offered extra towels, then PROMPTLY delivered them. They reviewed our... more

I paid $60.00 for a room at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center and I believe that even $60.00 was overpriced. The Cons: First, there were dirty towels left in the bathroom. Second, the toliet did not have a lid on it. Third, the television was analog...please join me in this century and get a HiDef TV. For the regular... more

Staff were attentive and courteous. Our room had a sliding glass door with a view of the elevator. This caused a lot of noise as every time it stopped on our floor it dinged and then we would hear people talking. The room didn't smell or look clean. The air conditioner was on its last leg and started making all... more

My husand and I stayed at this hotel for a week in March 2008 while he attended a conference in the hotel. Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were attentive. The room was very nice and big. We had a problem connecting to the internet and they sent someone up to the room immediately to try to help.... more

Very lovely interior - lobby and guest room. Seems to have been recently refurbished. Rooms have Sleep Number beds, which was kind of fun. However, the air-conditioner in the room was so loud that enjoying the Sleep Number Bed was almost a moot point! more

I was staying here for a conference and actually was the conference planner. My room had double Queen beds and was nice. They were sleep number beds, which was nice. There was free Wi-Fi in the room as well as throughout the hotel. There was a coffeemaker in room, iron, board and hair dryer. One of the phones was a... more

The Radisson was great in some ways, lacking in others. The clerks were really helpful and informative, but at other times really inexperienced and hurried (when there is no line, I don't get it). I made my reservation online for three nights. My business plans changed, so I needed to check out early. The night clerk said it was fine.... more

This past weekend I stayed here with my fiance. We paid for a room with a parlor room adjoined for $124. Upon checking in, I realized that there was only a shower in the bathroom. After driving for three hours, all I wanted was a bath. I called the front desk to inquire about a bathtub and the person stated... more
