We came to town for a wedding and the bride booked this place for us to stay simply because of the location (it was close to the wedding venue site). I stayed here for over a week, while visiting family locally. I paid 63 a night via the hotel website. You can get a cheaper rate via expedia and the alike, but be aware of the fees which can equal more than than the price per night from the direct website. The hotel could represent ok value however there were a few issues. 1) Noise - we were located on the corner of the building nearest to Applebees. Hotel was clean and just right for the price. STAFF was every helpful. We stayed aweek - close to the pool- pool was clean plus maint. person was there everyday taking care of it. I stayed here for two nights. It is a solid 2 * hotel. The room was large, clean, with two queen beds, a microwave, and a fridge (all rooms have a fridge and microwave with no extra charge). Three stays in 3 years--this was the worst. Stayed Thurs 10/25 till Monday 10/29. Carpet in hallway by vending is just filthy. First night--room 326, it was just me and the bugs, little dark bugs, about 1/3 inch long. Crawling around the sink and I found one on my pillow when I awoke the first morning. We were in Hilton Head for a weekend anniversary trip. We checked into this hotel. We were given a double room that had a strong odor of cheap perfume, we called the front desk and asked them to move us to a king room.
