My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights when we were in town for the Great American Scrapbook Convention. Although it was a little difficult to get to due to the one way streets it did not present challenges once we knew how to get to and from the location. The hotel staff was, without exception, extremely... more

The hotel itself is fine and convenient to area attractions. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The beds have comfortable mattresses. However, that being said the hotel is advertised as downtown - it is technically. The hotel is located on the outskirts of downtown in a run down not very nice area directly off the interstate. We... more

Overall, this was better than what I had expected. The rooms seemed clean and well kept. The pool seemed larger than in the pictures, which was good since our group had lots of children that wanted to use it. The breakfast was sufficient. The neighborhood was not as bad as I had anticipated. Yet, the streets surrounding the hotel are... more

We won a Hampton Inn Weekend Getaway contest and selected the Hampton Inn Downtown/Lookout Mountain for our free weekend stay. We requested a room with a pull out sofa and 2 queens and were very pleased that the staff was happy to accomodate our request with no extra charges. The room was spacious and included a few extras like a... more

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend and overall we were pleased. This hotel is in need of a little TLC but it was clean and located near the attractions. The hot breakfast was okay -better than what I was expecting. Waffles, sausage biscuits, bagels cereal and fresh fruit are the types of things you can expect. If a swimming pool... more

Just stayed at this hotel for a week, and found the accomodations and staff to be very pleasant. I was there on business, the hotel is not next door to restaraunts but within a mile are excellent choices, including those in the revitalized downtown area. The staff were very responsive to our needs, the rooms comfortable and clean-a very nice... more

I stayed here on a trip through TN. Like many have stated here, the property says it's in downtown, but it's actually right outside of downtown. On the one hand you get there and think it's misleading, but on the other hand, you have to realize that Chattanooga is not a big metropolitan area, so the size of it's downtown... more

This is a very modern hotel with ample parking and very up to date furnishings. The only complaint I have is that it advertises itself as downtown Chattanooga. In reality it is about two plus miles from downtown in a questionable neighborhood. The area is somewhat rundown and surrounded by industrial buildings and some poor looking residences. While it is... more

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for 4 days in September 2007. The good news: Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Also fresh cookies in the lobby every evening. The downside: It's a bit hard to get to due to some local construction and one way streets. It's an easy drive to downtown but really isn't... more

Sun Nite before Labor Day, 2ppl, $110 after mega taxes. Lady at the counter (Sharon) was awesome. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful..a real joy to talk with. Room 128 was clean, large and very nice. Perhaps newly remodeled? Breakfast was good enough but not great. We slept well. Be prepared to drive short distances as nothing is within walking... more
