Very nice modern rooms, but like staying at a Starbucks! Kiosk check-in easy but very impersonal at the end of a long day. more
As a road warrior, I really appreciate the new Hyatt Place. I try to stay in them quite frequently if there is one where I am working. I've been to the Nashville area several times in the past few months and stayed at the Hyatt Place near the airport, which was also nice. You really can't go wrong with this... more
My wife wanted to move in and live in this hotel! An exceptionally clean room with nice appointments such as a leather sofa and nice bar area that was easily accessible. HUGE flat-screen LCD tv. The hotel was quiet even though there were LOTS of children staying for a soccer tournament. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We shall definitely... more
We stayed here during oour round-trip of the area. Actually only planned to stay there for 2 nights, we extended our stay to 4 nights. We found this new brand-name/chain by accident, cause we were browsing thru tripadvisor to find a good stay for Nashville. The room are huge with a seperate sleeping area and working/sitting area. We had 2... more
I stayed here two days for a business conference in April. The Hyatt Place took over this former Amerisuites hotel and completely redid it. The room was huge...separate sleeping area and sitting area. My room had two double beds and with the sleeper couch, it could have slept six. It has a large screen lcd hdtv which you can see... more

The location is in a quiet area of northern, eastern Hendersonville, TN. Plenty of parking, access through both front and back with a couple of rolling valet carts.... more
The hotel itself is quite nice. However, the staff seems to have had all of their personalities removed. (Evening shift, morning shift - only one maintenance person seemed like he was aware of his surroundings.) The large screen plamsa TV is a Hyatt Place thing and it's OK but it doesn't make up for the cold feeling the staff imparts.... more
Togheter with my wife and 2 kids we spent 4 nights here, the rooms are great, if there had been more closet/drawer space they would have been perfect. The space is however perfect, even with 4 people. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast really gets you off to a good start : no styrofoam cups or plates... more
I am traveling to Hendersonville and staying for 3 days a week for the next several weeks. This hotel has clear advantages and disadvantages. First of all, it is quiet and mostly caters to the business class. The beds are comfortable and the pillows (6 on my kingsize bed) are very comfortable. There is a large flat screen HDTV that... more
