We needed accommodations for a wheelchair. The room was barely big enough to maneuver the chair (with help), and the shower was not wheelchair accessible. The staff was friendly, but still overworked with the bar tender acting as host, cook, and desk agent. The hotel itself is lovely, but needs better management. Convenient to Opryland, this hotel has same major pluses and negatives. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big with a huge flat panel TV, wet bar, and refrig. The bathrooms are tiny.
