We stayed in the Presidential Suite. Big beautiful room. - Carpets need updating. The beds were the BEST I have ever slept on - in fact we took the sheets off looking for the brand name. On the downside, the shower was busted. I went to take a shower and the knob would not stop turning but the water would... more

We stayed for 2 nights and would stay there again. The rooms were large, clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with made to order omelettes. The Sunday crowd was busy, but everyone worked hard to re-supply plates, flatware, etc. in a timely manner. Another reviewer mentioned the elevator. Funny. We had the same problem. One would... more

Stayed here on busy New Year's weekend. The hotel met what you'd expect from an Embassy Suites -large room, clean, simple design. Although not requested, we were given a handicapped accessible suite; it was very large and seemed well equipped. It was located directly opposite the elevator. You could still hear the elevator "ping" in the bedroom in back -... more

Noisy, noisy, noisy... I'm a light sleeper and the walls seemed paper thin. The location of the hotel was great but seemed to cater to a younger "noisier" crowd. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and moved me immediately. Also, when I stayed they allowed smoking in the hotel which was also bothersome. The shuttle was often late picking... more

Embassy suites is a great hotel; however, this weekend while there on business there was a MAJOR problem....the elevators. There were 2 elevators and only 1 worked. At one point on Sunday, NONE of them were working so I had to walk down from the 11th floor to the 2nd floor where our meeting was taking place. Luckily, one of... more

My Husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites Nashville at Vanderbilt. The hotel was beautiful - the atrium has a spectacular two story waterfall. Check in was a breeze, the front desk staff is awesome. Every morning we had a complimentary breakfast with huge variety of everything you could possibly want - and if you wanted pancakes or omlett... more

We've always like Embassy Suites for a family stay, so we knew what to expect. This one is well located, and staff was on the whole friendly. Paying $16 for parking was a shock. But what seemed most out of character for this chain was the illogic of the suite layout. There was only one closet and one bureau, both... more

We stayed at this hotel the weekend of Sept. 29 for 2 nights. NONE of the staff were very friendly or helpful. From the moment we checked in, the front desk people were very short with us, the bellhop knew nothing about the amenities, the breakfast staff took away our plates even before we were finished with them, I could... more

The Embassy Suites hotel is an all-suite hotel located in downtown Nashville. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very attentive valet. Self parking is available in a parking garage next door for $12 per day, or valet parking is available for $16. The front desk staff was very courteous. After we checked into our room, they called to make... more

Lovely hotel. Large suites with sitting room and small tea/coffee making area. 2 TVs. Large comfortable beds. Great cooked to order breakfast. Two hours free bar and nibbles each evening. Courtesy bus running into and home from downtown until 10pm. Free lobby internet access. Free front desk safe. Staff very friendly and helpful. If all that is not to your... more
