My husband and I stayed at Amerisuites for three nights. We drove to Dallas to see a comedy show and just have a long weekend. The service is very friendly. The hotel is exactly what it claims to be, a 2 star hotel. It was clean but basic. The furniture was clean and in good shape but had that "cheap" look to them. Upon arrival check in was quick and simple. The lobby was nice and there was a free complimentary breakfast. The room I reserved did not have a working air conditioner. Hotel was fantastic, well presented and clean. Staff were lacking local knowledge however were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and free.
