DId not have a good time at the hotel. Worst part is looking out of your Hotel Room window at an indoor mall. Not much to do around the hotel. Horrible room service. They even ran out of food one time. Never staying here again. EVER!! more

An amazing honeymoonDId not have a good time at the hotel. Worst part is looking out of your Hotel Room window at an indoor mall. Not much to do around the hotel. Horrible room service. They even ran out of food one time. Never staying here again. EVER!! more
For what we paid, I can't complain. We stayed here for 3 nights in January 2008 for a friend's wedding. I can't say that our stay was perfect or flawless; I certainly would expect far more if I was on vacation. For example, upon arrival, I discovered that they had mistakenly booked one room under my name and one room... more
Where to start? My husband & I reserved a room on Hotwire & oh how I'm glad we did. Of course the cost/night was lower than normal & I can thank God for that. At first glance, it was a beautiful hotel - not from the outside but once you entered the center it was very cool. Iceskating rink adjacent... more
When I arrived on Sunday afternoon , The hotel seemed to be clean. When I got off the elevator to go to my room, I almost got sick. The smell up and down the hallway was putrid. It smelled as if the sewerline was running into the hallway. I figured that someone might have left the door open to the... more
Stayed at The Westin City Center, Dallas from 12-29-07 to 12-31-07. Late for a concert, I arrived at the Westin City Center in BIG rush. The bellmen quickly grabbed my bag, took it inside gave and came back with baggage claim ticket. All this took place in less than a minute. Later on, my late check-in went smoothly. The Westin... more
I loved our room. It was very contemporary and grown up looking. The bed was so comfortable (they use down filled pillows and comforters). The view was by far the best part. We were surrounded by all the skyscrapers, it was so beautiful! Another great perk was having the DART rail line right next to the building. We hopped on... more
I stayed at this Westin every week for about six months, so I've time to develop (in my opinion) a fair and balanced opinion. Good: Rooms: Nice, updated rooms on Starwoods floors. If you can, ask for a room on the starwood guest floors. I've stayed on other floors and noticed many differences right away (size, furniture, etc.). Luckily, I... more
I recently stayed at the Westin City Center over the TX OU weekend. The hotel was nice; however, the front desk staff was far below average. I made my reservation on-line and I was given two doubles rather than a King. The hotel also did not have my starwood number despite the fact that I had booked it on SPG.com.... more
this is a very nice hotel in a very good location in downtown dallas.the beds were soft.the shower was a heavenly shower with very good water pressure.the towels were very thick and soft.no pool.the only bad thing about this hotel is that it is connected to the plaza of the americas office complex which is closed on the weekends.so all... more
My wife and I stayed here for two nights in mid-June and found everything outstanding. Our room was huge, had a wonderful bath and king bed with very nice linens and furnishings. My wife also loved the "Heavenly shower"--a two nozzle Speakman that the Westin makes a big deal about. The location is neat--the "City Center" is a huge indoor... more
