It didn't look like much from the outside, but from the moment I pulled up to the Hotel Palomar, I was impressed. The valets and check-in staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as were the room service waiters and housekeeping. The location was perfect for our girls' weekend. About 5 minutes from West Village shopping area, and probably 10 minutes... more

Fabulous property - most everything was wonderful about the hotel. The best part was service - we were very impressed with the quality service and friendly staff at the Palomar. The rooms are very nice, though a bit small. The TV's are huge and the beds are as comfortable as I any hotel I have stayed at. The spa attached... more

I've traveled for 14 years and stayed at a number of hotels and motels. Some were good and some were not. I had the best nights of sleep at the Palomar I've ever had in my entire life! I want to buy the bed in my room! The back massages and wine tasting while meeting the other guests in the... more

First of all the convienet location made staying there so easy, on and off the highway in seconds, was such a treat, and made it such a breeze to travel around Dallas. The staff was so friendly and went WAY out of thier way to accomodate and be certain I had everything I wanted \ needed. And then the rooms... more

They greet you when you drive up, and are always eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They always make you feel special and important. My company has held... more

My husband and I traveled to Dallas for a convention at the Hyatt, but I heard from a friend that the Hotel Palomar is a MUST stay, so we changed hotels. I am delighted to say that it was nothing short of spectacular. Being from Chicago, it was nice to have such genuine southern hospitality. From the doorman to the... more

This has been the third time I have stayed at The Palomar and I couldn't ask for anything more. The staff here is very helpful, always greet you with a smile and take care of any problems you have very quickly. Before Palomar I was staying at Hotel Zaza...I love that place...but I couldn't seem to get my work done... more

Stayed at the Palomar over Thanksgiving and would give it two thumbs up. Great location, nice rooms (not small as indicated by the previous review), clean, quiet and comfortable. I really enjoy Kimpton properties and this one did not let me down. The hotel staff recommended two great choices (one for breakfast and another for Thanksgiving dinner), both were perfect.... more

Ok, I am a Dallas native, I had some time off and wanted to get away just by myself. I booked a hotel/spa pkg that included a bunch services (details to follow). I am familiar with this hotel from it's days as the old Hilton and have drinks there quite a bit currently. The Review: The hotel lobby is so... more
