My husband and I stayed at this hotel on several occasions in Dallas. We are quite picky with our choices and were very pleased with this hotel. Our big "musts": cleanliness, location, ambiance, and as close to 5 star quality as possible. CLEANLINESS: This hotel was impeccably clean. Not one complaint. LOCATION: tucked in the beautiful downtown area of Dallas.... more

The hotel just opened recently, and I had my first stay last week. It's beautiful, from the rooms to the outdoor (enclosed in January) patio bar area. For me, the best part was the extremely comfortable beds and HDTV's. And it actually had HD channels (not like alot of other hotels, who have the fancy TV's with no HD channel,... more

I think the Ritz Carlton is experiencing a modern problem. It is a very nice hotel. Beautifully decorated, with well trained and courteous staff. However, it seems to have been pulled straight out of a "how to build and run a luxury hotel" box - just follow the simple to use instructions! Ritz Carlton have a great formula, but here... more

This is a good and promising hotel, but some of the basic services were uneven or neglected. I expect more perfection from this property at these rates. That said, I'd be happy to stay here again. I stayed 6 nights alone in a "Deluxe" room. The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the furniture and appointments were all... more

The hotel grounds are beautiful and decorations were a sight to see during the holiday season. Upon check-in, we were presented with a lovely Ritz-Carlton Dallas tree ornament as a momento. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I especially liked the touches in the bathroom such as the mirror in the shower, the plush robes,... more

We stayed at the Ritz for one night in a room with two queen beds. The room was not "amazing", but was perfectly nice -- slightly on the small side but decorated well. I was surprised that we did not have a deep soaking tub (shouldn't that be standard in any room at a Ritz???), so if that is important... more

Needs fine tuning, but we enjoyed our stay on the club level. What we loved: impressive Christmas décor, friendly bellmen (especially David who treated our 9-year old girls like Princesses) and our housekeeper (Anita, who gave us extra robes, chocolates and bath products which the girls loved), check in was quick, the rooms were beautiful (and quiet) and the stylish... more

Stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving holiday to watch the football game in town. We (group of 6 guys) stayed on the club level. We had two rooms - one regular and one suite that were adjoining. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are amazing. They are very well appointed and they were very spacious - plenty of room... more

I visited the hotel with a group of friends for a celebration weekend. Dean Fearing's restuarant was FABULOUS! The food and atmosphere could not have been better. The waitstaff in both the dining room and bar gave excellent service as well. Wish our hotel experience could have been the same. We checked in to find the room a bit untidy.... more
