Good service and fairly comfortable. But not the top rate experience you would expect from a Four Seasons. For example the rooms and bathrooms are not much better than other downtown hotels. The safe is not large enough for a laptop. There is no coffee machine in the room. The hotel is a bit more expensive than other downtown hotels.... more

I will agree with previous reviews that this hotel seems older then other Four Seasons and in need of renovations. Enter the lobby and you are surrounded by the lap luxury, circa 1985. We recently spent several days at the Four Seasons Houston. All in all, this was a very nice experience and we would have no problem returning there. Stayed one night in a superior room. The front desk and concierge, valet, and town car service was excellent. Meal and service for lunch at Quattro was excellent.
