Cambridge Beaches was for us a destination wedding. With the gracious help of Nadja Talevi, Guest Services Manager and her kind assistant Whitney, it proved to be so much better than we expected! The flight from Washington's National Airport was relatively brief, and thanks to Linda Mitchell, our wedding planner, we were met at the airport by the most appealing... more

We travel frequently and expensively and compared to the likes of other luxury resorts this hotel looks and feels like a 3 star at best - but is priced like a true 7 star ! Don't be fooled by the website - the hotel is old, stuffy, not very clean and populated mostly by senior travellers. Most disappointing of all,... more

We had great expecations, at over £400 a night, one is entitled to have great expectations. The Room; Very nice The Bar; A throwback from the 60s and in dire need of refurbishment The Public Area's; Grubby carpets and grubby furniture in dire need of refurbishment The Restuarant; Hit and miss food with just three or four coices of starter,... more

Well what can i say, the Cambridge Beaches were fantastic, from the smooth arrival at Bermuda International Airport to the private transfer taking us to the Cambridge Beach, it was all just fabulous. The check-in staff were great and the room that we had ( a Deluxe Premium Waterfromt Room) was out of this world and had views as good... more

This has to be the most overrated hotel on the planet. How much would you be willing to pay for a waterfront “cottage” in Bermuda? OK maybe $460 US isn’t too much. Actually $460 was the price we were quoted for a garden-view cottage but when we arrived the smell of mildewed carpet was so strong we were driven from... more

My husband and I have just returned from ten wonderful days at Cambridge Beaches , we now face the dilemma of do we tell everyone how fantastic this place is or do we keep it a secret . The rooms are beautiful, the food is excellent and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The new pool area is fantastic and... more

It's been a week since we returned from a long weekend at Cambridge Beaches and we're still basking in the "after glow". It was a magical time for my husband and I (we were married there on 5 April 2008) and for the 40 or so guests who joined us. I cannot say enough good things about Cambridge Beaches, the... more

I had such a good time that I can't wait to go back! The place is so charming, so romantic that my husband and I have already decided to go back in September 08. We have been previoulsy to Bermuda but never stayed in CB (have stayed at Pompano 2 times and The Reefs 1 time) but now this is... more

CB is an old resort throwback to the early 1900s with a semi-sprawling layout with mini cottages on either side of a picturesque peninsula. We were on the Mangrove bay side which is a pretty bay with sailboats and houses on the far side. The best thing about CB was the quiet location, and nice vistas although far from being... more
