I have stayed here a couple of times on business and found the hotel suitable. The rooms are a little on the small side but otherwise fine. We attended a wedding reception and stayed overnight. The wedding meal was excellent, with exceptionally good service at table. The staff were all very friendly, and helpful - for instance, when we asked at reception for extra towels, someone insisted on coming straight away to provide them. I recently organised a conference at The Royal Chace Hotel. In the morning of the conference, we were told that they did not have a projecter that worked but offered us a projector which had a 'slightly purple tinge.' Both my partner had our office Christmas parties at the Royal Chace. The hotel is very nice with pleasant surroundings and a nice atmosphere. However be aware if expecting quality food if you are booking for a large party. There was little choice and the main course arrived undercooked.
