the hotel rooms were nice but the hotel property-lobby, elevators, grounds were just old. we expected a resort like atmosphere- what we found were grounds in dire need of landscaping- more motel than resort. more

Stayed here for two days before an emergency back home called us back. Started in the cottages and they were horrible. Moved quickly to the tower oh my what a difference of one half star to a 4 plus. Beach was beautiful and location was perfect. Bad was the pool was small rectangle. Wish we could have stayed longer. more

This is a great hotel in a great location if you stay in the Kai Tower. Beautiful rooms, great views from the balconies, great breakfasts in the restaurant downstairs. Stayed at Royal Lahaina Resort end of March/beginning of April. Had booked an oceanfront cottage last year for our stay but was told not available upon check in due to renovations.
