I stay here yearly for a conference and I keep coming back because of the spa!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most of the hotel is not much to speak of - the rooms in the wings are like you would find in a Holiday Inn. The historic building has a quaint charm but that is about it. It is all worth it if you... more

The Grove Park is a beautiful place. It is in a beautiful location. I have stayed here twice. On my more recent stay, we had a regular room vs. my first stay on the club floor. The hotel has ambiance and decor, but it's just very expensive and I don't feel that you get your money's worth. I also had... more

This hotel at first was disappointing but turned out to be nicer than we initially thought. When we checked in to our "mountain view" room we found we were on ground level looking at a golf course. We went back to front desk to tell them we were not happy with the room and the friendly clerk, Karie, immediately upgraded... more

The mountain views and the spa are nice, but the hotel staff will surely ruin any enjoyment you may get from this place. They are extremely rude and unhelpful! You have to figure out for yourself where everything is and what kind of amenities are offered at check in. The front desk won't answer those simple questions for you. The... more

The Grove Park Inn is a destination that we head to every year for a marriage renewal. The spa is a fantastic place that is unique in the entire US. Their attention to detail is incredible to make one's experience special. Their service team does whatever it takes to make you satisfied. Overall, highly recommended....especially recommend reservations at the Sunset... more

My wife and I spent a weekend at the Grove Park. It was definitely a mixed experience. We were first given a room in the 'historic' section, which is the original building. The room was dark, musty and decidedly outdated. Despite the air-conditioning running full blast, the temperature in the room would not go below 74. The front desk willingly... more

My husband & I stayed here on our honeymoon 7/18-7/20 & we didn't want to leave! We booked a very spacious Club Floor room with an awesome view of the court yard & mountains. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so extremely accomodating & friendly. The Club Floor amentities were wonderful! The Club Lounge had complimentary breakfast, evening hors... more

Spent two nights, taking advantage of the B&B e-Deal, which includes a Mountain View room and complimentary breakfast. The room was in the Sammons Wing, had a gorgeous view of the golf course and mountains, and was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were never any problems with crowds or obtaining reservations at any of... more

The views are beautiful and the spa is great. But the rooms are a bit dated and I was kind of disappointed at the lack of walking paths anywhere around the resort. While it makes a great getaway for a couple, it is not ideal for kids, especially young ones. The pool is okay, but nothing great and you have... more

Our stay at the GPI was great. Our room overlooked the 17th hole of the golf course and was very clean, nicely decorated, but in need of updating. The bathroom was very used looking. The service was excellent from the bellpersons, valets and staff. We were impressed that everyone seemed to know that it was our anniversary and acknowledged it... more
