We stayed at the Lennox between the 5th and 10th April 08, On Arrival at the hotel we were met by very helpful reception staff. Boston is a great city, we have been to NYC previously and we would return to Boston over New York. The locals, The scenary and the shopping are all superb. The visit to the top... more

This is the first time that I write a review for an Hotel, but I want to share with other travellers my nice experience at "The Lenox" Hotel. I have spent only two nights at Boston in this hotel with my wife during our trip in the U.S.A at the end of April 2008. I live in Italy, and even... more

Have recently returned from a four night stay in the lenox a great experience. Firstly location is perfect close to Boston Common and handy for trains ( harvard trip a must) and short taxi rides to anywhere else you want to visit. The rooms were well appointed and roomy enough bathrooms were fine. There are two bars an Irish bar... more

Absolutely wonderful stay, start to finish (I stayed 6 nights). I booked by calling the hotel, and got a much better rate than on the internet (I paid $205 per night, plus tax and parking). All personnel were kind, polite and helpful. The hotel size is just right- not too big, not too small. The lobby makes you feel like... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights at the beginning of May. We arrived early (around 10 am) and were told our room was not ready yet. We were also informed at that time that we had been upgraded to an Executive Suite (room 1008) and that we would be contacted when our room was ready.... more

We stayed at the Lenox as my husband was running in the Boston Marathon. We originally booked the Marriott and, when we went to see what we missed, we were so glad we had changed our booking to the Lenox. There is a nice friendly atmosphere at the Lenox, the staff are all helpful and efficient and nothing is too... more

Absolutely nothing too much trouble for the staff, friendly, helpful and taking great pride in their work. The room was beautiful and the bathroom to die for! My husband wanted to fit the large LCD TV into our suitcase. Each evening the beds were turned down and little pastries left on the pillow. Sumptuous bathrobes per person, iron board, safe... more

At $345/night I was hoping for something a little classier. I don't think my room had been properly aired in years. The paint is chipping; the decor is tired and the lighting is terrible. The tiny room was dominated by a giant flat screen tv but there was no comfortable place to sit. Excuse me, the bed does not count... more

I was AMAZINGLY surprised by this hotel. My stay was half business half pleasure. I was originally booked at the Westin however when my colleague booked here, I switched because it would have made work easier. I was a bit leary because it is a boutique hotel and I was going to stay one week. I was a little worried... more

The first thing you notice on entering the hotel is the ambience and plushness. Our room was oppulent, not one of the large rooms there, but grand all the same....with a lovely comfy bed and widescreen LCD TV...just the tonic after a day walking the city....... The maid came every night to do the turn down...what a sweet gesture.......and with a sweet... more
