The hotel is in a great area for siteseeing. One small flaw. After leaving a tip for housekeeping everyday, we weren't given soap and shampoos. After calling the desk twice, still nothing. Very sad when customer service is key to a good hotel. more

I travel frequently on business, so I am giving this review from a business travel perspective. This is a typical Holiday Inn offering the typical amenities such as a breakfast room serving either buffet or a-la-carte meals. The buffet is somewhat basic for it's price at $13.00, but then the selections from the menu are also quite expensive, so at... more
We only needed a room for 1 Friday night in Boston and didn't really care about where, so we booked through Hotwire and ended up getting this hotel at a room rate of $89, which was great compared to the going rates at other nearby hotels. When we arrived we were happy to see that there was a parking garage... more
Upon entering the hotel I found myself in line behind a woman checking in because she and her husband were in a fight and she didn't want to stay at home. The poor girl was crying and upset and the WONDERFUL man behind the front desk was so sweet and gracious. So front desk gets 5 stars. This was not... more
Had everything to make a comfortable stay and also great central location. Cannot think of any problems. Breakfast was fine. Some reviews mention smallish bathrooms which is true but not a problem. more
I booked this room through Hotwire, and have to admit I was a little disappointed we ended up with a Holiday Inn. (even though the price was Cheap!) I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn since I was a kid with my parents. This was a last minute Memorial Day weekend trip, and we headed to Boston on Sunday. The... more
Hotel exceeded my expectations. We arrived to a super friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean, bed very comfy. The bathrooms were tiny, but the towels were abundant soft and clean and products nice. Our room had a flat screen TV, good size refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The pool was adequate but they did have a lifeguard on... more
We stayed at this hotel for the Boston Marathon. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in at 7:30 am when we arrived! Our room was a little older than the ones pictured on the website, but I think that was because they gave us what they had available at that time. It was very clean with... more
Great location, OK service, room was on the Executive floor and quite good. Really can't complain about price as Boston is pretty pricey. I'd stay here again. more
This hotel is in a great location. It's just a few blocks from the T stop, and in the beautiful Beacon Hill neighborhood. In addition, it is next door to a Whole Foods and CVS Pharmacy (great if you're traveling with children!). From this location, you can get about anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes on the T. It... more
