We just completed our stay at the Ritz Carlton Boston Common, and I must say, that I actually feel a sense of loss leaving such an amazing place. I've been in Boston since January for work, and have stayed at other luxury hotels, but the Ritz Carlton was the best experience I have had. My wife and I have stayed... more

I stayed at this hotel just one night so I dont have too much feedback - except that this hotel has a great gym! Its a Reebok sports club next to the hotel - huge with all sorts of equipment, space, and light. Hotel itself was clean, v nice as you would expect from a Ritz. Modern, spacious rooms. Recommended. more

This was our second stay in 6 months at the Ritz/Boston Common, and I don't know when I've been treated better! Hotel staff anticipate your needs, call you by name, and are incredibly gracious in an old fashioned, warm way. We stayed 5 nights both times, the most recent time was for my daughter's wedding. We wedding party and many... more

I had an exceptionally good experience at the Boston Ritz in April 2008. The reviews that criticize the views are valid, but that was the only thing I found at all wanting. The staff, starting with Jasna at the front desk, were uniformly excellent. The Club is spacious, had good food, and had a tremendous concierge staff. My room was... more

We stayed three nights at the Ritz-Carlton Boston Common over Easter Weekend in Mar 2008 while visiting family. Check-in: We arrived at the hotel late (around 9pm). We had reserved an executive suite room. Upon arrival, Sonya at the front desk upgraded us to a luxury suite. We were thrilled, but when we got up to the room, it was... more

My boyfriend surprised me with a weekend trip to the Ritz-Carlton in Boston for my birthday, and we had a great time. We stayed in an executive suite and when he booked he had to buy the club option. We ate lunch twice in the club since it was included, and we were pleased with the food and view from... more

We returned to the Ritz Carlton last Friday through Sunday. In June, we had a good experience, booking the club floor with access to the Club Lounge. Although I reconfirmed and spoke with the hotel twice, they never mentioned that the Club Lounge was in a temporary location due to renovations. The experience was not the same. Check ahead if... more

Stayed at the Ritz Carlton Boston Common Friday evening on a last minute business trip. Room was nice and clean, service was as expected at a five-star hotel. I don't usually write reviews, and have had good experiences previously at all the Ritz Locations (including SF, Boston, Singapore) but this stay honestly ruined my weekend. On Saturday morning, I left... more

Ritz Carlton's are awesome and this was no exception! The Rtiz in Boston is excellent. It's different though as it is much more contemporary then the norm Ritz traditonal fare... Some people may not like this about it but I quite enjoyed the contemporary feel. The bar and restaurant Jerne is also EXCELLENT. I stayed in a king club room... more

My husband and I spent a weekend here on a “Bed and Breakfast” package. It is a typical Ritz-Carlton. The room is nicely furnished, very decent size bathroom, Bulgari bathroom amenity, and the hotel location is good. In short, it is all you should expect from a luxury hotel of this caliber. The hotel staffs are very courteous. Everyone we... more
