This is a limited service hotel. They replace the sheets/towels only once per week (although you can take towels to the front desk for a refresh), and as far as I could tell, they clean the rooms only once every few years. This place is a business district of Mission Valley. It's a quiet, safe area. The room is pretty basic. There is a bed, chair and ottoman, 13" TV, ironing board and iron. Bathroom was disgusting. Had to buy flip-flops to wear int he shower. I was there for 5 days and they NEVER cleaned the room or changed the linens once. Looks nice from the outside, but terrible on the inside. more

I stayed at Homestead for about a week for business. I pretty much echo the sentiment of many other posters about the dirtyness.
