We took a group of 34 college students to perform at Carnegie Hall in mid-June 2008. The entire air conditioning system for the hotel was non-operational. All of the rooms in the hotel were without air conditioning, and simple ventilation was impossible as all room windows were sealed closed and unable to be opened. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No air conditioning during a heat wave. Rooms had a fan unit but you could not set the temp and it never blew out cool air.
