Checked into first room, found bathroom toilet covered in URINE and also the surrounding floor. Asked for a new clean room, desk clerked accomadated. This immaculate and quiet and hotel is an easy 6 mile drive west on I-10 from downtown El Paso and the airport. The breakfast is better than "continental" and the spa-like pool is open from 6:00am to midnight. Stayed for one night while on an overnight trip to El Paso. Hotel had plenty of parking it shares with neighboring hotel. We stayed at this hotel for one night during a cross-country road trip. The room was clean enough, but there was sticky stuff on the carpet (ew). The linens were OK, soft sheets but the old style bed cover rather than the newer duvet covers we've seen in other Comfort Suites. Check-in was smooth. The breakfast was OK - buscuits... more

This is a fairly new, very clean property. The staff was very kind and accomodating. The breakfast had a nice selections, and varied slightly each day. The hotel is right off interstate 10, near shopping malls and restaurants. If you're looking for a basic hotel room, you can't go wrong staying here. more
