We are suffering through a major fraudulent charge dispute with this hotel! As of now the hotel claims to have no records of the five separate unauthorized charges to our account. I know we were in downtown but at $205 a night (walk-in rate) this place was waaaay overpriced. The employees were nice as was the bed but the room itself was dirty and beat up with scrapes, scratches, and stains on the walls and dirty, stained carpet. Will never go back. more
