“No hot water”

The hotel was very nice and very new. Front desk staff extremely friendly and tried to address our problems. We had no hot water for our entire stay which made taking showers pretty miserable. Also, our room was not cleaned (beds not made, etc.) nor did we receive any clean towels. In fact, we had to get them ourselves from... more

Stopped during a 2-day trip at this seemingly new hotel. The accommodations where new and well-maintained; our room seemed brand new (a picture sat in the closet which still needed to be hung). The indoor pool was clean and warm, but the chlorine level was a bit high. The beds were amazing and the breakfast satisfying. A very nice place... more

My wife and I drove up from Florida on a tour of the east coast. We arrived at the hotel late afternoon after a long drive from Sanford. The hotel is very new and stands at the back of a lot where there are loads of other cheaper "chain" hotels. We sure picked a winner. The hotel was lovely, safe... more

Last minute trip due to family emergency. We were planning on staying at another hotel when we saw this new gem in the mass of hotel options at I-95 exit #94. Newer IS better when it comes to hotels. Loved the granite surround in the shower and the breakfast was more than adequate. Did not have time to enjoy any... more
