The Pelham is a boutique hotel with lots of charm. It's a unique experience and makes you feel closer to the New Orleans culture. I picked this hotel up for 77.00 a night for the last weekend in March. It takes a bit of navigational luck to drive to this hotel by car as all of the nearby streets are one way. The Pelham was a great bargain. We paid a total of $386 for three nights which was significantly less expensive than the other hotels in the area.
