Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean. Front desk receptionist was a little out of it and kept forgetting to tell us things. One key card didn't work--so had to revisit front desk to have it re-keyed. Fantastic service at the Captain Cook......the front desk, the bellhop, room service.....everything just wonderful! The rooms are clean and offered a great view. It's easy to access downtown sites from this location. The bathrooms are a little small, but that's a minor detail in comparison to all the great things about this hotel.
