This was the worse place I have stayed EVER. Make reservations at the Hacienda just a mile or so away unless you like the following: Dirty carpets, mildew in the bathroom, a bathroom window that is boarded up and does not lock, no ice available after 9 as it is locked as is the Coke machine. Stayed there for 2 nights and rented a Patio Boat for a Day on Lake Mead. The biggest advantage is proximity to the Lake and lots of wide open space. Good for: People with boats that want to get in the Lake quickly in the AM or those renting boats who want to do the same. Great pool for this... more

We were @ Lake Mead Lodge for 1 night--the Sunday before Memorial Day--on our way back to Vegas from the Grand Canyon. Nice hotel - very quiet (slow time for Vegas travel). Marina close to hotel had excellent dinner. Good cable television. No telephone in our room. Our rate was $70 for 11/11/05 - 11/12/05. Dark in park - very, very, very dark! more

My family and I much enjoyed a night at Lake Mead Lodge - instructions on how to find the restaurant ( which is at the neighbouring marina) were a bit difficult to follow in the dark but after a couple of false turns we found it and that was good too.The Lodge is relatively basic but clean and well cared... more

We stayed there Mar 19, 2004, Friday for one night. No complaints here. Happened to check in right at 2:00p.m. and room was all ready. Ice Cold Air Condition, Cable TV. Cot was in the room as we requested it 2 days beforehand. Great view of Lake Mead with great friendly service. Will definetly be back again the next time... more

the last time i visited this lodge, the outside trash was never picked up during my 4 day stay. at night, you would see the rats/mice running in and out of the trash can area which are located along the hallways next to the doors. i went to the front desk to complain about this trash situation and they advised... more
