Stayed for 3 nights had an awesome time. Hotel is very clean and nice, when we went it was very quiet. the rooms are well fitted and warm, the logoon is a 5-10 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. Only breakfast is served in the hotel but dinner is available in the Blue Lagoon restaurant. food is fabulous.... more

We just returned from Iceland and the Clinic. We only spent one night and we got some mixed feelings about the place and the stay. The atmosphere felt clinical and reserved. We felt a bit unwelcome. Maybe it's not targeted towards people in their 30's. The room was spacious, clean and modern although had some echo due to the lack... more

We stayed the last night of our honeymoon here, and just wish I'd booked for more than one night. Unfortunately the bus from Reykjavik refused to drop us off at the clinic (it is a 10 min walk from the main lagoon) - apparantly they are having problems and some bus drivers will do but not others, they are working... more

We have stayed their in our last (out of nine) night in Iceland and it has been one of the highlights (probably THE highlight) of our trip. I will agree with most previous reviewers, their description is accurate. A very elegant nice hotel in a surreal environment, you could tell that you are on mars or the moon! The decoration... more

We stayed one night at the Clinic hotel and it was the highlight of for me of our weekend in Iceland. It's a very serene, quiet and relaxing place. The best thing about staying here and the reason why I booked a night here is the access to the private clinic lagoon between 8am-10am in the morning and 8-10pm at... more

We have just returned from a 5 day stay in Iceland. We hired a car for the duration and our first stopover was the Blue Lagoon Clinic. It was really easy to get to and signposted well, so we had no problems there. The clinic was a great place to relax and wind down for the start of our trip.... more

The Blue Lagoon Clinic was an idyllic property in a perfect spot. The hotel's best feature is its own patch of the Blue Lagoon, so you don't have to go to the big and touristy lagoon (though free admission is included.) All parts of the lagoon make it a striking wonder though. Having the chance to go into the lagoon... more

This place doesn't seem to be well known, but if you're here, you clearly know about it! Technically it's a clinic where they treat psoriasis patients but anyone can stay in their 15-room facility. It's in the middle of nowhere - the closest town is a five-minute drive and that is TINY. The quiet serenity of this place is part... more
