It was terrible. The first room that was booked for us 406 was not cleaned. It had the last occupants dirty linen, bedding and towels and gerbage. Went dow to the lobby and they were helpful and gave us another room 104. When we got there and opened the door it smelled like a cigarette factory. When we booked the... more

I was told about this hotel by a couple of friends as ok for what I wanted to spend. Nothing to expensive and nothing with roaches an police with guns. However to my superise this hotel is highly under estimated. The check-in was fast, not to mention the friendliness of the front desk clerks. The hotel could use some renovating... more

Late check-in, had room held; front staff made you feel as if you were interupting them; only had 1 wash cloth (2 of us); used soap in the bathtub; when using the shower it drained onto the floor and could see that it was coming from behind the wall; alarm clock did not work nor did the wakeup call on... more

Had to stay here because Delta screwed up with their flights. The lobby was ok and the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was 222 right off the elevator-a little noisy. I pulled back the bedsheets and their was a black curled up hair-UGH. There was also a hair in the tub. This is a very inexpensive place to stay... more

Was put up here by Delta during storms at airport and had a serious low expection of this hotel but I was proven wrong. The rooms were large and very comfertable with 2 big double beds. There was computers with free internet in the lounge. The shuttle bus to the airport also was handy. The breakfast was the worst ever... more

Was going to the area to see Rush open up their tour. Red Roof was recommended by others as we needed a central location. We also had to set up a shuttle for about 20 of us and the customer service manager was very helpful with it. I arrived very close to the shuttle leaving and the front desk clerk... more

Our flight was cancelled from Atlanta and the airlines made our reservations and told us how lucky we were to stay at this hotel. It was so scary and nasty. Prostitutes everywhere, smelled, dirty. I asked for a toothbrush and when I used it the bristles came off the brush into my mouth. A family travelling with us was also... more
