Great location right across the street from the Marta, didnt have to do alot of driving to location of interests. Staff was very informative and friendly. Wish my room had a small refig. in it. Last night there had some people that became rude and was knocking on our door, and heavy feet above us, however the management staff quickly... more

I was working on a project in Midtown Atlanta which required 4 separate trips to the city. This hotel was in a great location for me as I could easily walk to the job site, as well, the MARTA Arts Center station is right across the street, which offers service to everywhere I needed to go when I wasn't working.... more

This property is an older Spanish-style renovation - quite charming and seems to be recently renovated. My room overlooked a lovely cherry tree in bloom. I stayed there while my son was at a Georgia Tech program. My only issue was that they have discontinued their shuttle, which was one of the reasons I booked the place. However, they are... more

Stayed here four nights during business/pleasure trip. Learned from staff that the hotel was originally apartment complex for students built in 1924. The hotel is currently being renovated floor by floor. I did not see any construction during my Fri-Tuesday stay however. Staff also told me that each room would be updated/upgraded so please be aware this review is pre-renovation.... more

The outside was very nice but once I got inside, I knew I was in for it. As soon as we walked into the room everything was run down. The room is a nice size with a frig., stove, and cabinets and walk in closet but they definitely need to remodel. The bathrooms were VERY small I could barely close... more

We agree this location is in much need of a renovations but starting at 7:00 in the morning COME ON! The hotel staff was VERY lacking in customer service the main guy at the front desk... more

What a nice surprise. I am always wary about Best Western hotels, if they are good there good and if they are bad there awful. ( see my verdict on B W Nashville). If you are on a budget then we found this one to be a winner. As we opened the door of our third floor room my wife... more

Ignore the negative reviews. I stayed here recently because their room rates were dramatically lower than everywhere else in town. My room faced the courtyard and appeared remodelled. A sink, microwave, and refrigerator were a plus. The location cannot be beat: across the street from the Arts Center Metro Center Station (and near the local museums).(Take the Tourist Metro Bus... more

I was told by the website- hotels.com rep and the hotel rep that my room would fit 6 people. Two rooms with king size beds, and a pull out sofa. Upon further contact with the hotel rep we found out the condo only had 2 rooms and a pull out sofa was not a guarantee. Which at this point I... more

Specifically chose this hotel for its location, and boy was I glad I did! The Best Western Granada Suites is located catty-corner across the street from the Midtown Marta (subway) station -- so terribly convenient. We used Marta to get to all of our destinations and found it to be quick, clean and easy to use. The hotel was nice.... more
