Every year the GACTE conference is held here and they do a stellar job with the food, check-in, housekeeping, etc. A few gripes... a ceiling tile fell on a teacher dousing her and those around her with water...the Sunday brunch music was way too loud to be able to hear it on the 10th floor with the doors closed...the outdoor... more

I reserved the room the day I was to arrive and requested "a quiet room". Upon check-in the young woman at the desk noted my preference and said she had placed me in a room far from the elevators. She told me that if I found the room unsatisfactory that I should call and she would give me another choice.... more

This entire hotel is great. The view from the room was stunning. Great value & good location. Everything was clean and the staff was chipper.
