Stayed at Monmouth for weekend during Fall Pilgrimage. Breakfast was a disaster. We were told that there was a "funeral group"(?) so it was crowded. Just returned from a 3 night stay at beautiful Monmouth Plantation and had a wonderful time. Stayed in the main house of the antebellum home and it was like stepping back in time. Although, now there is air conditioning and a modern bathroom. Very nice and we will definitely return. more
