As others wrote... excellent hotel for price in Wailea. Staff was OUTSTANDING! Only "issue" was Capiche restaurant.. Appetizer's were good, but entree's were below average for the price. I agree with the other reviews. My wife and I stayed for 4 days in October. The rooms are great, the service is excellent and its much quieter than other resorts. We would drive to the big hotels for dinner and then return to the Diamond Resort for a quiet evening. The pool is a bit dated but nothing terrible.... more
