I stayed one night for a conference. The facilities and food were very good with the exception that in our meeting room we could sometimes hear talking and laughter from adjoining rooms. The guest room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. The staff was efficient and courteous. The hotel has a strange layout so be careful not to get lost! more

If you want a great view of the intersecting highways- you've found your place! This hotel is in a horrible location. There are NO good restaurants around and it is a $15 cab ride to either old town, downtown, or nob hill. Our room smelled smoky and it may have also been the musky, non-used smell adding to that. It... more

I wanted to stay here to see what it was like. First, let me say that the BEST hotel bellman that I've ever encountered...was here!! His name is Deane and if you should stay here, then I hope you will be able to meet him. Now, for the review. I found out that the Executive Floor is completely non-smoking. We... more

I stay at Hilton's almost exclusively and have come to expect excellent accommodations, and have had nothing but good experiences--up until this month. My husband and I stayed at the Albuquerque Hilton recently and it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The rooms were more like spending a night at a $29/night motel room--outdated, stained/cigarette burned... more

I stayed here in desperation, because the convention hotels were full. Having read the reviews here, my expectations were low, but I thought 'how bad can it be?' Well. think of your worst motel experience, but for double or triple the price. I was put in a dreadful cabana room where the a/c unit rumbled like a freight train. The... more

Upon arrival you are greeted with an empty reservation desk. Once the ambivalent / inexperienced / should have never been hired host leaves her cell phone / lunch / US Weekly. You are spoken to as if you are an inconvenience / interruption. The chilling walk to your room is laden with cracks in the walls, dated fixtures, hand painted... more

I have stayed here 3-4 times... each time in the tower on the 10th floor. Lobby, Elevators, hallways all look old. Carpeting in halls and rooms is old. New 32" Plasma TVs in oversized room. Bed is newer then some hotels. Wireless Internet access is slow and inconsistant. more

Had to stay here because it was an overflow of an overflow for a conference. Hotel is sort of run down. Room was fairly clean, except some staining on the carpet. Furniture beat up. The wall unit air conditioning was really noisy. The phone did not work; I asked the front desk to fix it, and they didn't the next... more

I travel to ABQ twice a month so I have had my fair share of stays in all of the major brands there. The Hilton is the only hotel that not a cookie cutter spot. They are renovating and the new rooms were everything you would come to expect from a Hilton. Even the older rooms were nice. The Bar... more

We stayed at the Albuquerque Hilton for a week as part of a large group with rooms blocked. Lodging wise this was the worst week. The rooms were dirty, the carpet stained, never enough towels, linens thin and cheap, and management indifferent. I even reported this to Hilton and all I got from them was that the local Albuquerque Hilton... more
