The first time was when we booked 3 nights at the La Mansion across the river and had a terrible experience all the way around - messed up/lost reservations, filthy, dusty room (not appropriate for our asthmatic child who was unfortunately ill at the time).... more

Watermark staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Room is great. Spa is wonderful. Hotel guests can use by simply going to the Spa and signing in. Recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. It is very nice. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice espresso maker in the room. Hotel is at a wonderful location and we enjoyed the view of the Riverwalk. Bottomline: Poor value for the price. They do not understand what a luxury/quality experience means. My wife's birthday is Valentine's Day and she loves nice hotels.
